Booking Terms & Conditions
All reservations made before 1st April 2019 will be taken as provisional until the deposit of 20% has been paid of the full amount . On the 1st April you will receive charges and payments need to be made by the 10th April 2019 . If we do not receive a payment from you by the date which is due ACE has every right to reject the reservation. If there are any reservations which are made after the 1st of April 2017 will only be definite by ACE on proof of payment of a 20% deposit of the full accepted programme fees. If you make a reservation within 28 days of the beginning of the programme date you will be asked to pay the full amount of fees when you make a booking.
You will be required to make all payments in UK Sterling. An additional 2.5% on the full amount fees need to be paid by all credit cards. If payment is made by direct bank transfer please make sure that £10 per transaction will be added as a result of UK bank charges are covered. It is a necessity that all payments need to be made in cleared funds in order for students to come into the campus.
You will be required to make cancelations in writing and ACE will confirm in writing of your cancellation. In case we receive a notice of cancellation more than 60 days before the beginning of the programme, you will only lose your deposit, if we receive a notice of cancellation within 60 days or less the beginning of the course additional charges listed below will be applied:
- More than 60 days before the beginning of the programme, you will only lose your deposit
- Between 60 days and 30 days before the beginning of the programme, you will need to provide a 25% of full fees
- Between 30 days and 7 days before the beginning of the programme, you will need to provide a payment of 50% of full fees
- Less than 7 days before the beginning of the programme and non arrivals-100% of full fees.
Each student is responsible for having official passport and a proper certificate which states the entrance to UK. ACE does not accept any liability for financial loss acquired by failure to have the correct travel document. If the student did not manage to succeed in the visa request, the full amount of fees apart from any bank charges will be reimbursed upon proof of official proof of your visa rejection.
Full travel and medical insurance is a necessity for those students travelling to UK. An international insurance company which protects against charges incurred through accident or any disease and offers coverage for losing the luggage and personal belongings, if you are interested please contact our sales team for further information. During the time of the reservation this request needs to be specified if you are interested in taking out this insurance policy and the charges and further information will be provided to you.
Amendments To Programmes
Information provided by ACE in its promotional material is outlined in good faith. However, there may be times when ACE is forced to make changes to services and reserves the right to change programmes, facilities, timetables, accommodation or dates of course. ACE has also every right to determine or reject any programmes or combine lessons due to insufficient numbers.
Students choosing to take our programmes automatically agree to allow pictures to be taken of them participating in activities or lessons for the purpose of promotional material.
By providing notice to customers at any time before the beginning of the date, ACE has every right to raise the cost of the services being provided to ACE by third party, which is due to factors beyond the control of ACE, such as, rise in housing prices, transfer prices, employment prices etc.
ACE reserves the right to suspend or exclude any student from their course or remove them from their accommodation in the event of unacceptable behaviour, poor discipline or low attendance. In such instances, there will be no refund of fees. In the event of expulsion or premature termination of the programme, ACE will take no responsibility for providing alternative accommodation and all transportation and related costs will be the sole responsibility of the student and, or his/her parent(s) or agents. ACE will provide a booklet which includes the rules which students must follow once they are under our care, this booklet will be sent to the agent/individual prior to their arrival.
A damage deposit of £75.00 will be required by all students for damages, however, if no damages take place at the end of the course, the deposit will be returned to the student in full.
We will receive all complaints in writing handed to the Centre Manager of ACE, a prompt and speedy response will be given depending on the situation and the gravity of the complaint. After the students have completed the programme, complaints will not be taken into consideration.
Individual injury or the death of any student is not under ACE’s responsibility unless proven by the carelessness of ACE or its members. Also, any failure of or damage to any property possessions to individuals is not accepted by ACE. In addition, apart from any losses or extra costs of cancelation, or any fees due to delays in travel services, strikes, disasters, war or the warning of war, acts of terror, campaign within UK, weather conditions and illness is not accepted by ACE.
